Job Role: Care Worker, Support Worker, Health Care Assistant

Location: Surrey, West Sussex, Wiltshire and Dorset

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday on a shift pattern rota basis

About you: 
You should have substantial experience in Health & Social Care. You need to be able to work independently, prioritise your tasks, and possess strong listening and communication skills. It’s essential to understand and adhere to policies and procedures and gave good writing skills.

You must also be capable of working with a diverse range of individuals, including adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and older people.

Willingness to work flexibly to meet individual needs including weekends, evenings, and nights.

Duties and Responsibilities of this role include:

To provide Personal Care

Support clients to move from place to place.

To support people with social and physical activities such as eating and drinking.

Booking and accompanying people for appointments, bill payment

Social duties such as cleaning and cooking.

Reporting any concerns to the Manager.

To take part in the shift rota system covering the service, working at site(s) as directed and agreed with the Manager.
